Debug
* 3.2 M1 test and fix pass
* Breaking in new debug team member! (Michael Rennie)
* Started design and prototype implementation for import/export breakpoints

* Began refactoring of Java debug code assist (ease maintenance, maintain
consistent presentation in all debug views)
* Continued with work on async tree viewer - have a prototype debug view
working in branch


JDT/Core:
- 3.2 M1 test and fix pass
- bugs fixed (in both the 3.2 and 3.1.1 streams)
- released support for detecting unnecessary NLS tags (bug 48976)
- posted tool to easily remove unnecessary nls tags (see build notes and
update site:

)
- 2 team members back from vacation, 1 team lead started vacation
