[eclipse-dev] New way of delivering eclipse?

As 3.0 is approaching, and we are hoping
to have a lot of downloads, I was wondering if we could use other technologies
to complement the eclipse site and the mirrors.
More precisely I'm thinking about Bit
Torrent (http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/). Its peer-to-peer model would
unload charge of our servers and would likely make the download faster
for everybody. Of course, it will probably makes hard to count the number
of downloads, but we know it will a lot anyway :-).

Will this be possible?
