There have been some fixes submitted for rebuild. However, nothing yet that would be a stop test.

So the intent is to kick a rebuild off at 4:00 pm Ottawa time. Please only submit fixes for bugs in the current test build.

The hope is the 4:00pm build will build and test flawlessly. Then, Wednesday morning we can sanity check the fixes and declare the M4 build stable around noon on Wednesday.
