[eclipse-dev] (no subject)

Hi,

I downloaded eclipse 2.0 just today. (I am interested in discussions on 
writing java programs with eclipse.). Is this the right mailing list to ask 
"user" questions on eclipse?

I did read the page http://www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/index.html and 
http://www.eclipse.org/mail/index.html but I am not sure if there is a user 
mailing list. every list and newsgroup is for developers of plugins and core 
modules.

If this is the right list please let me know so that I can post my questions 
otherwise please point me to the right resource.
