The org.eclipse.core.target and org.eclipse.ant.ui plugins will be removed 
starting from this week's M6/F1 build.

The target management code has been listed as interim API now is being 
removed. 
Functionality provided by the ant ui plugin has been absorbed by the UI 
team and is available in the latest builds by the External Tool Script 
support.
