[eclipse-dev] Integration build 20020517 now available

This build has been deemed usable, however if using this with a
pre-existing workspace, you may observe the following:
      -no splash screen
      -missing window icons
      -wrong information in about dialog

Failed Unit Tests:
      org.eclipse.ui.tests
      org.eclipse.update.tests.core

Compile errors:
      org.eclipse.help.ui (help search broken)
