[eclipse-dev] Change of PDE extension point schema content type

Due to unwanted clash with XML schema files that do not belong to PDE, we
have changed the content type of extension point schema files from 'xsd' to
'exsd'.

Consequences to plug-in developers are:

1) If you have extension point schema files and try to edit them, PDE
extension point schema editor will issue a warning to change the file
extension to 'exsd'. After that, it will continue to work as usual.
2) If your plug-in projects have PDE nature, extension schema builder will
create a warning marker in the task list that will go away when you rename
the file extension into *.exsd.
3) If you create a new extension point, schema file will have the new
*.exsd extension.

The change will appear in the next integration build.
