[eclipse-dev] Navigating within Editor

In J-Builder I have the possibility to scroll in a Document with Ctrl. &
arrow down or up
so the actual cursor position in the line will not change.

Is it already implementet with another shortcut?

If not - it would be a very usefull feature.
