[eclipse-dev] window update problems with 2002-03-12?

I'm using Win98 and running integration build 2002-03-12. 
I am finding the UI to be slow at times...almost like it is trying to 
catch up to me.
It is very noticable (10-15 sec) when clicking between views and editors, 
as well as in the length of time it takes for the dialog to disappear when 
saving a file. (note: both java and non-java files, and autobuild is off)

Has anyone else noticed this behaviour?
