Hi Tim,

There are maven repos at:  http://build.ecf-project.org/maven/

They don't, however, currently have the latest builds, and they are not automatically updated.  There is a build job in the ECF builder for creating the maven repos, so they can be created fairly easily upon request.   Doing so currently requires some extra releng work, however, and that's why they are created upon request rather than automatically.
