ECF v0.7.4 stable is now available here

This was mostly a bug fix release, in anticipation of EclipseCon.

Main bugs addressed: 

1) Bug in TransactionSharedObject that was preventing subclasses from 
being properly initialized when a shared object was created within a 
disconnected container
2) Removed unnecessary test code in XMPPGroupChatSharedObject
3) Added serialVersionUI to org.eclipse.ecf.core.identity.BaseID 
abstract class to prevent future version conflicts
