ECF version 0.7.2 stable now available at 
http://www.eclipse.org/ecf/downloads.html

Fixed bugs

1) IRC provider spontaneous client disconnects.  No longer spontaneously 
disconnectes, so it makes using the IRC provider much easier
2) Various PDE warnings in plugin.xml, manifest.mf and other meta files 
clean up.
