Hi Vinod,

There is an on-going (old) discussion on that topic.

 

Matplotlib is as far as I know not supported by jython, and requires to be executed in a way which is incompatible with Py4J engine (python code coming from EASE is not executed in the main python thread, which is required by matplotlib).

 

There is a still open bug related to experiments that would allow to have a support for matlplotlib:

Your mail is maybe a good opportunity to reactivate it…

Is it technically possible to render matplotlib plots to an eclipse RCP view using EASE?

Any guideline can help me a lot.
