Hi Wim,

I can certainly help, especially when it comes to getting Mylyn back to SimRel + EPP.

FWIW the last time I tried to look at this the biggest issue that makes it incompatible is relatively small issues related to OSGi wiring around jaxb, but there has been no one to merge in and rebuild even these simple changes. So I think it is great that you can revive this. I can help by recreating some GitHub issues from Bugzilla on this topic (especially Bugs 569078 and 564699)
