I get this message accessing bugs.eclipse.org:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I'd open a bug, but you see the problem with that approach!

Also accessing https://www.eclipse.org/ results in:

  Unable to connect to the database server at this time.

Though the web page does come up...

The last two weekends git was down and this weekend it's Bugzilla (and some database server).  It looks the like the gremlins have a party at Eclipse every Friday night...
