[cross-project-issues-dev] Jenkins cluster instability

Greetings,

We've had a bit of instability related to our new Kubernetes-based
compute cluster that we currently use for Jenkins.eclipse.org. The
instability was linked to backend storage, or the massive overuse of
that resource.  The cluster operations themselves are rock solid.

We're investigating better solutions for that storage to avoid such
downtime.

Note that this only affects build services hosted on
https://jenkins.eclipse.org. Legacy JIPP instances on
https://ci.eclipse.org were unaffected.
