Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] SimRel aggregation pipeline jobs

Hi Fred,

I missed the the normal date for contributing CDT (I should have had it in by +1, as far as I understand, today is +3?). CDT has bug fixes only to contribute so I would like to get them in for M1 if possible (see https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/126254/). However, my gerrit did not trigger a Jenkins build to verify.

Can you kick it off, or point our what I did wrong? Am I just too late for M1?

Thanks
Jonah

Hi,

I've created two pipeline builds

https://ci.eclipse.org/simrel/job/simrel.runaggregator.pipeline/
https://ci.eclipse.org/simrel/job/simrel.runaggregator.pipeline.gerrit/

that will eventually be merged into one job. They will be doing the main
aggregation with fancy pipelines. The job name does not contain the
release, since it would have to be changed every 13 weeks. The plan is
to only change the target staging directory in the Jenkinsfile
(committed to the org.eclipse.simrel.build repository).

For legacy reasons the
simrel.photon.runaggregator.VALIDATE.gerrit freestyle job that uses the
Maven wrapper will be kept for a while.

More SimRel spring cleaning will be done in the next weeks and months.

Please let me know if you have any concerns, questions, recommendations,
etc.

Regards,

Fred
