you should be able to push using the https or ssh URL if your user is a member of the

ldap/technology.nebula LDAP group which should be the case if you are a nebula committer.

Permission settings for nebula repositories are defined here

https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/admin/projects/permissions/nebula-dev,access

if you are using ssh your public key needs to be uploaded here

https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/settings/ssh-keys
