Thank you for solving this and keeping us informed about the many steps and attempts that were necessary to fix the problem! I know what it means to fight against such kind of problems that late in a release cycle late in the night!

After checking the last package build, I've been asking the package maintainers for testing and for voting now. I hope to get enough +1 votes in order to ask webmasters to make them available on Monday on the developers area on the download page.

The EPP p2 repository itself has been prepared. Independent of the votes, I would take the freedom to activate this earlier (i.e. before Monday) if necessary.

Photon M7 is back on track. 

Staging repo is complete without any incorrect checksum (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=534867 for details).

EPP is currently building.

To give a bit of time to EPP, official repo of Photon M7 is scheduled to be promoted tomorrow at 10:00am EDT, exactly 24h late. I'll re-activate the simrel build jobs shortly after.
