Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] EPL-2.0 feature license available from CBI repository

Hi,

according to 3.1. How Do I Re-license from EPL-1.0 to EPL-2.0? [1] you don’t need to ask every contributor to allow relicensing to EPL 2.0; but it is a good idea to consult with your current contributors and notify your users.
