Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] simrel.photon.runaggregator.VALIDATE.gerrit job is broken

Quick comment on removing version ranges:
It's recommended to indeed specify the exact version which you are contributing,
see https://wiki.eclipse.org/Simrel/Contributing_to_Simrel_Aggregation_Build#Simple_repo.2C_and_specify.2C_exact_versions

Yeah, I later realized the fault was mine, and my not understanding how b3 works w.r.t. its internal model consistency.

Also helps that I figured out I can just *remove* the version ranges. \o/

Apologies for the spam,

    When I look into that respository (http://download.eclipse.org/datatools/updates/1.14.100-SNAPSHOT/respository
    <http://download.eclipse.org/datatools/updates/1.14.100-SNAPSHOT/respository>)
    I see it containing a wrong version of org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.sdk.feature

        The gerrit job failed:

        <https://ci.eclipse.org/simrel/job/simrel.photon.runaggregator.VALIDATE.gerrit/196/>

        Can someone with more knowledge about how to actually build these files take a look and retrigger the change, so we can get
        green balls for aggregator validation builds again? I would but the magic underlying b3 aggregation is a black box to me. :(

        Thanks!
