By "cascaded jobs," are you referring to jobs that have a "Cascading Job" set in their configuration? It would be helpful if you could provide a list of the detected jobs.

When are you planning to migrate Mylyn to Jenkins?

If your project is on this list, please convert any cascaded job to a
normal freestyle job by copying all configuration settings from the
parent job.
