Hi,

I declare the staging repo for Oxygen.2 RC4 respin to be complete.

As usual, it can be found here:

http://download.eclipse.org/staging/oxygen/

It includes the fix for m2e (version 1.8.2 instead of 1.8.1).

Please note, that we are in quiet week for Oxygen.2. If no blocking
issues are found, RC4 respin will become the official Oxygen.2 release
on December 20th.

Please take a look at repo reports to reduce the change of such errors:

In the future, we will also add checks that fail the build in such cases.
