In doing the latest Linux Tools update for Oxygen_update, I ran into an issue with a webtools repo which does not exist. Using the date as a clue, I changed it from 3.9.0 to 3.9.2 and checked in a fix. If this is wrong, webtools-folks, please change it. Without the change, it would not validate the aggregation for me.

How is it that people are getting fixes in with bugs when gerrit is enabled? Is there a bug in the gerrit validation testing or is it being circumvented?
