Jetty 9.4.6 is a staged/potential release, not available yet.
It is undergoing testing, atm.
Please wait for the jetty-announce thread for the official release announcement.

There is new staged release for Jetty 9.4.6 [1]. In platform Jetty is
still at version 9.4.5 and the question of updating the version for
RC4 pops up. On one side it's a bit late in the cycle (although same
thing happened last year [2]) and we can not try the staged version
imediately due to [3], on the other the possibility for multiple
versions being shipped is a stability risk (as seen with httpclient
and guava).
So is any project planning to contribute Jetty 9.4.6 to Oxygen?
