We were able to get a successful build for our contribution so it looks good! Thank you!
I just saw
https://hudson.eclipse.org/simrel/job/simrel.neon.runaggregator.BUILD_CACHED/659/consoleFull which completed successfully.
Does this means we (Papyrus) are out of the woods?
Yes my bad I had to remove the old build to put in the new,
It should be back in order now (hopefully)
It looks like it's failing now because of a missing update site from Papyrus:
13:27:44 [exec] Unable to load repository p2:file:///home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/papyrus/updates/milestones/2.0/RC4/main
Is someone from the Papyrys project working on this right now?

Ed, would it be okay if we updated the oomph.b3aggrcon in simrel to point to http://download.eclipse.org/oomph/drops/release/1.5.0? I assume that's the build you'd want to contribute to Neon.1 RC4 anyway - otherwise Eike can still change it later.
In parallel, I have opened bug
Bug 501441 and will merged the change into HEAD of Neon_maintenance assuming "validate" passes (which it does for me locally).
