Just to clarify -- the Tuleap instance at tuleap.eclipse.org is meant to
be used as a test bed for the tool, and is not part of the Eclipse
Foundation's supported infra. It is not operated, maintained or backed
up by Webmaster.
Furthermore, while it can likely be used in conjunction to supported
Infra, it is not clear to me that is can be used as a replacement for
approved tools, such as Git, Gerrit, GitHub, Bugzilla and GH Issues.
