I will leave aggegator validation job
disabled until Friday to avoid confusion while producing the EPP packages.

While this is technically a "warm
up" RC, I would encourage everyone to sanity check the repo and make
sure things are as you expect. 

And keep in mind that in two weeks,
when RC2 is due, Neon M5 is also due. So, busy week! Please plan ahead.
