[cross-project-issues-dev] Neon M2 staging repository is complete

Since no one has asked for an extension,
and the aggregation builds are quiet, I assume everyone is as done as they
are going to be for Neon M2. 
And despite a few glitches, I know many
have been putting in many fixes and improvements towards Neon. Thank you!

Be sure to sanity test

As far as I know the EPP package will
be available on Friday, about the usual time. Since we are also formally
releasing Mars.1 on Friday, I suggest we will do that first (around 10
AM, Eastern) and then do Neon M2 (around 11 AM, I am guessing). 

I will turn on both aggregation streams
builds Friday afternoon.
