[cross-project-issues-dev] Mars RC4 staging repository is done

I appears we are done! If no blocking issues
or serious regressions are found, the content at 
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging/
will become our Mars release on Wednesday,
June 24. 

While it would take a pretty serious
issue (usually one that cuts across projects, or prevents installation
or updates) 
you are encourage to both quickly sanity
check 'staging', and then also continue testing to make sure there are
none 
of those serious issues. 

I'll send another note soon on other
things to do during our "quiet period", to prepare for release.


But, in the mean time, I have disabled
the aggregation "build" jobs, but have left the "validation"
jobs enabled. 
The purpose for that is, over the week
ahead, if/when anyone move's their content to a "final" location,
please 
keep your b3aggrcon file up-to-date
and build-able, in case we do need a re-build.
