The link to bugzilla is at the bottom of the ‘triage’ page (see [1] for an example). I’ll make this easier to find by adding some ‘action’ links to the details page. I’ve created bug 466256 to track this.

b) can I also associate it with an existing bugzilla?

On the triage page. There is a bugzilla status section which contains a field ‘Bug Id’. Insert the id of an existing bug in here and press save.
