Unfortunately I don't know which projects depend on Mylyn. The only changes are small fixes in wikitext and the Gerrit connector, so I don't expect them to cause problems, but I wonder if the service version updates might. I suppose that nobody should be depending on 3.14.1 specifically so updating should be fine.

Alexander, I will push tags once the build is done.
