[cross-project-issues-dev] Mars M5 and Luna SR2 RC2 are complete

Been a busy week!? 

Mars M5 has been added to the composite
at .../releases/mars/
and it now contains M3, M4, and M5.

Let me know if anyone sees any "conflicts"
that would require a change. 

I'll leave .../releases/maintenance
as it is until end of day Monday, so you can test "update scenarios",
etc. 

Markus will be announcing the EPP packages
soon, if he hasn't already. 

I'm sure no one needs reminding that
SR2 is drawing to a close, so please make only safe, important fixes for
RC3 and RC4 and respond quickly to "broken builds". 

And, most of all, I really appreciate
the way everyone has been "keeping us informed" when there are
complications or delays. Keep it up! 

And be sure to ask if questions or problems
someone might be able to help with.
