We are working through the issues right now. I am not working the technical details but we are also fixing some build process issues.

Still no new build from BIRT?  We're waiting on something to work with M7.  The current BIRT (S-R1-4_4_0-S20140311-201403111438) depends on ICU4J below version 51 but it's now at version 52.  

Is there an ETA for adjusting the ICU4J tolerance?  Seems like a simple adjustment.
