Yes, the alert mails were all sent to the right people, and thankfully there hasn't been a fire here ;). The first mail from a failed aggregation was sent at 22:00 here, and since we haven't made any change to Acceleo or the aggregation since RC2, we weren't particularly monitoring it.

This failure is an unforeseen consequence of https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=426793 : we've moved out of the M2T sub-project ... and we had not though up about the consequences of the update site moving one level "up" too.

All in all, Jeff's fix was the right one, thanks for taking care of it :).

so can only assume that timezone differences, or a fire at their lab or offices, prevented them from responding and fixing.
Only they can say if you made the right fix, but we'll assume so, unless they say otherwise.

But for now, we will consider that "final build" staging repository is complete and ready to become "Kepler SR2" after our quiet week buffer.

I have made a patch to the m2t-acceleo.b3aggrcon file.  The repo mentioned below has disappeared,
but I found file:///home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/acceleo/updates/milestones/3.4/S201401221203

Changing the repo to the location above, the aggregation validates.  If someone comes
along and feels that is the wrong solution, feel free to correct.

For last couple of hours Keppler SR2 aggregator is failing [1] trying to find one of the repos:

[exec] Unable to load repository file:///home/data/httpd/ download.eclipse.org/modeling/m2t/acceleo/updates/milestones/3.4/S201401221203

To my understanding the last commits before the first failing build are not related to Acceleo contribution, so it rather means that the referenced location itself had been accidentally removed.

Anyway we are now approaching the deadline and there are at least 2 contributions (Mylyn and GMF-Tooling) that can't be built right now. Can someone please advice on how to proceed from here?
