It is not the "e4" team ... they
are still at "1.0.0" version. 

At first we thought it was the Koneki
team. But, according to bug 426017, they are not building it ... they are
just "getting from repository".

Could it be part of some "foreign"
maven repo? 

While the e4 team can (mostly) work
around the immediate issue by "jumping up" version number, we
need to get to the bottom of things so that it doesn't happen again; and
so they know how to handle their "service releases". 

Please comment in bug 426017 if you
have any insight into where 1.0.1 version is coming from.
