[cross-project-issues-dev] Reuse GEF Kepler SR1 contribution for SR2

As there haven't been any changes to the GEF 3.9 maintenance branch since our 3.9.1 (Kepler SR1) release, I would actually like to reuse that 3.9.1 release as part of the Kepler SR2 (if nothing comes up during the RC phase). Is there anything special to consider?
