In case there's any doubt, Kepler SR1 RC3
is complete. 

EPP packages are available at 
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php?release=kepler
(for those that have been tested and
received a +1 from their maintainer). 

The "maintenance" repo, as
always is at 
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/maintenance/
and repo reports at 
http://build.eclipse.org/simrel/kepler/reporeports/index.html

I have re-enabled the kepler aggregation
job for those that want an early start on contributing their final version
for SR1.
