Gerrit can be configured to send commit notifications via email.  If you configure this feature to send notifications to an eclipse.org mailing list, please note that the notify.<name>.header field must be set to "to".  The default is to email as a BCC, which will be rejected by our mailing list software.

Gerrit email notifications is something that committers can set themselves, but if you need assistance, please let us know.  Please note that if you bypass Gerrit, the notification will not be sent.
