The repository for the Kepler Simultaneous
Release is now available with RC2 content: 

http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler/

The EPP packages will be available soon,
if not already, from the usual place: 

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php

Test well ... not many opportunities
left.
