I've promoted the last build to 
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging/
Please check and confirm what you intend
to contribute is indeed there. 

Assuming no blocking bugs are found
on Thursday, on Friday at 9:00 AM, this will be added to our composite
at 
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler


I've disabled the aggregation job, for
now, to help avoid confusion. 

Test well ... we are beginning "rampdown"
now as we go through the RCs.
