[cross-project-issues-dev] testing a new toll-free number for the confer

Hi Everyone,

We've been experiencing problems with the North American Toll Free & 
Ottawa numbers for our conference system. The problem was intermittent 
but happening often enough to be a problem.

The two numbers affected include:
1-613-454-1403 and
1-877-369-7806

To deal with this, we've added a new toll free number from a different 
supplier. This number is:
1-866-569-4992

I'm hoping some of you can help us test this number thoroughly. If it 
proves solid, we'll use it to replace the other.

p.s. We recently added a number for Sweden and are working on adding an 
Australian number soon too.
