[cross-project-issues-dev] Kepler M6 common repo is available

I have "turned on" Kepler M6
at the Kepler, common, composite repository site at 

http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler/

The EPP packages and repos will become
available later today or this weekend as the package maintainers finish
their testing and confirmation process. (And get in what they can before
eclipse.org gets on an airplane to Boston :)
