[cross-project-issues-dev] Kepler M6 Staging repo is complete

And yes, it did include the ECF contribution
(it was after the deadline, but before I woke up from my post-dinner nap
:) 

Reports are running and EPP is re-building.


I've disabled the aggregation build
job until Friday to help avoid confusion. 

Assuming there's no blocking problems
found while EPP goes through its final steps, I'll add this M6 to the composite
at .../releases/kepler on Friday, 9 AM. (Eastern).

For first time today I was just able to update the ECF b2aggrcon file (with
ECF 3.6.0) [1].  Hopefully I didn't miss the deadline for including
in build.
