Also the latest M build at
  http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/M20121114-1200/
seems to suffer from the redirect problem?
I can see the directory when logging into build.e.o. but in a browser
I get redirected to granite then 404.
Recently 404 changed to 403.
