I stand corrected.
Yes, it is the notice file needs to have the trademark statement.

Hi
Wayne,
concerning to trademark statement, if i refer to legal docs[1],
the trademark should not be present in abouts files [2], but in
the "notice" file[3] ?

Hey folks.
Juno projects need to specify a June 27/2012 release in their
project
metadata. Note that close counts, but it's better if you get the
date
right. Most projects have provided this information, but some
have not.
This is important information that informs the community of the
release
status of the project (including a version number). We display
this
information on the 'releases' page [1].
Note that most projects will need to update Java trademarks in
their
about.html files. The trademark statement needs to be current at
the
time they are used. i.e. you don't have to go back and change
the
trademarks in old bundles.
The trademark statement should look something like this:
<p><small>Java and all Java-based trademarks are
trademarks of Oracle
Corporation in the United States, other countries, or
both.</small></p>
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
