Just for your information...

These 'RC4' packages are currently under test by the package maintainers and it is hopefully the version that will be released *next* week. There are no plans to make them available from eclipse.org/downloads today.

If you test update scenarios, you need to add the following two p2 repositories

http://download.eclipse.org/releases/maintenance
