Bug 365181 - [Workbench] XMLMemento method to enumerate all child nodes

A new method was added to IMemento in Juno M5. It was never meant to be implemented by client code (and is so documented), but just in case someone is re-implementing it they should be aware of the change (which will be in today's I builds).
