I agree. I see some jobs running on some slaves, but others not. I've
documented some of this in
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=366672
if anyone would like to document their experiences/results, but suggest the
system "set" for restart (so running jobs can finish).
