It should be there... are you using a shared install and has the user who started Eclipse full filesystem rights (write?) - I know that there is a bug somewhere that prevents the list of repositories to be shown in the UI.

In Indigo (I just checked the eclipse-cpp-indigo-win32 package), this default entry is missing.

In order to add stuff, I have to type http://download.eclipse.org/releases/indigo in install/update.

 

Is this deliberate ? – To me it seems to be a small regression in terms of usability.
